MuskSolver is the web dashboard for MuskServices solver operations, including account access, API key management, billing, and worker platform status.

Create an account in the dashboard, sign in, and your first API key will be provisioned automatically.

Credits are added through the dashboard payment flow when NOWPayments is enabled on the backend.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address at registration, API usage metadata (task counts, timestamps), and payment transaction references. We do not store hCaptcha tokens or solutions beyond the time needed to return them to you.

How We Use Your Information

Your email is used to identify your account and communicate service updates. Usage metadata is used to calculate billing, detect abuse, and improve service quality.

Proxy Privacy

When you submit a proxy with a task, it is used only to route that specific solve request. Workers never see your proxy credentials. We do not log or store proxy strings beyond the active task.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Task metadata (not tokens) is retained for 30 days for billing reconciliation. Deleted accounts are purged within 14 days.

Third Parties

We use NOWPayments for crypto payment processing. Payment details are handled by NOWPayments and subject to their privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Security

All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. API keys are hashed at rest. We employ rate limiting and anomaly detection to protect accounts.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us on Telegram. Account deletion is processed within 14 days.
